On the way home from Belmont Co., I made a quick trip along the western end of Dillon Reservoir. Despite high, muddy water, there were quite a few shorebirds - too far to identify "on the run"- I just wanted to check out the habitat. I also saw three great egrets and a multitude of blue herons - as usual. For anyone in the area, it's worth a closer look.
