I think so.  I had the same experience last Saturday when Larry Gara and I
were atlassing in the Fallsville Wildlife area.  Two Bank Swallows flew by
us over one of the fishing ponds.  I have never had them before and I don't
think there are suitable nest sites in the area.  I was surprised to find
that we are past the OBBA II safe dates for Bank Swallows.
