Mary Garvin asked me to post this minor amendment to the request I
posted yesterday (see the statement in ALL CAPS):

This is a follow-up to yesterday's posting requesting assistance with
finding nestling starlings for studies of the role of preen gland in
disease transmission. I am looking for starling nestlings, hoping to
sample a few more before the breeding season is over. The sampling takes
just a couple of minutes and doesn't hurt the birds. If anyone knows of
active starling nests ANYWHERE IN OHIO I would greatly appreciate
hearing from you. Please contact me, Mary Garvin at
([log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>).

Thanks,

Keith Tarvin, Oberlin
