Ken Shepherd and I re-found the Little Blue Heron at Pickerington Ponds
Metro Park, Franklin County, about 11:30 am today. It had been reported
yesterday by Ben Warner, but had moved from Blue Wing Pond to Mallard Marsh.
It was seen from the Wood Duck blind.

Also present were three Great Egrets, nine Great Blue Herons and two Osprey,
along with other common birds. We did not see any shorebirds.
