In response to questions about time: We saw the Rufous Hummer
predominately between 6:20 - 6:45 (this is when I left - but there
was till lots of activity). I know he had stopped there periodically
in the morning up until about 2:00 and then started making
appearances at least around 5:30. But when 6:30 rolled around the
feeder suddenly came alive! The Rufous and three Ruby-throat were
buzzing boldly around the yard and feeders with a half dozen people
looking on in the open not 15 feet away.
