Larry Richardson just found a BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING DUCK at Pipe Creek Wildlife Area (near Cedar Point amusment park) and I'm not sure which impoundment but I'd assume its the low one on the west side of the area. Thats all the details I have for now, just getting the word out.
