There are even more shorebirds at Woods Road. The mud flats are growing. I can't wait for my borrowed traveling spotting scope to come back home.
I can say there were at least 20+ peeps.
lesser and greater yellowlegs
lots and lots of pects
lots and lots of killdeer
at least 3 semipalmated plovers
at least 1 short billed dowitcher
1 great egret
wood ducks and mallards
C. geese
etc.
Did not find the Wilson's phalarope.
