  Comrades,

ACLU, Amnesty, Human Rights Watch, HR Network, and now the AFL-CIO have
all weighed in with sharp criticisms of the State Dept's report for its
Universal Periodic Review on human rights

The US comes up for review in November. Its so important I am devoting 3
hours in each of my human rights courses to it.

Its a teaching moment of great importance if we can be hopeful about the
future.
