Very interesting birds!  Can't say if they are siblings or ???  but... I've watched alot of interesting behavior at my feeders.  Some years I've had a dominant male or a female (residents- all summer).   One year the dominant female grappled with another female high in the air, falling to the ground and immediately upon hitting the ground both flew away.    In August 2008 I observed 2 Immatures who seemed to be working together to get a drink.   The dominant male was building up his strength for the migration by guarding both feeders - (positioned so birds couldn't see the other feeder).    For 5 evenings I watched the 2 Immatures (who were always together).  One would go to the feeder, the male would chase it heading to the back yard- and the 2nd would get a drink.   Couldn't tell the Immatures apart but I think they were taking turns.   I wondered if they were related to the male.????       Oh was it quiet when they left.

During migration there are alot of immatures moving.   You may have an adult female teaching an immature manners, (so to speak) - manner according to her......
