Greetings one and all!
Well, I was able to finally go and see the BBWD over at Bluffton.
Really really easy to get good pictures. Really nice find. Thanks for
reporting. :-D Something else that was "fun" was getting a local kid
feeding a Canada Goose; nicknamed "Lucky"... by hand.

On the way back, I stopped over at Killdeer in hopes of seeing the
Shrike, with no luck...But I did get to see a Golden Eagle soaring over
around the Pond 27 area. I think that the hunters may have scared away
the geese that were of interest to birders, because there wasn't
anything on the open water, except for a cluster of Coots.
For those looking for Trumpeter Swans, there were 5 over on the reserve
pond.
Sparrows of the day were White Throated, I saw a flock of them over on
th-123.
There were also some Bald Eagles, Bluebirds, a couple Juncos, a male
Pheasant, and Yellow Rumped Warblers at Killdeer to make things
interesting. :-D
Have a great rest of the weekend!
Steve J.

30Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
31but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.
