I took a walk through Sheldon's Marsh mid-afternoon today. There were large numbers of robins, Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Yellow-rumped Warblers, and Rusty and Red-winged blackbirds. Other species included Great Egret, White-breasted Nuthatch, White-throated and White-crowned Sparrows, Magnolia Warbler, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Eastern Towhee, Downy Woodpecker, Belted Kingfisher, Sharp-shinned Hawk, and the usual residents.
