Greetings yet again,

According to Dave Puckett, the Brant returned to the wheat field along Township Road 24 this morning. Dave thought the bird might have gone overnight to a pond north of the road, which would explain why it wasn't seen later in the day Saturday.

For those interested, the bird has been in a field about 1/4 mile west of County Road 107 along the south side of Township Road 24. Road 24 intersects U.S. Route 127 one mile north of the Paulding/Van Wert County Road, if you are coming from south of Paulding County or one mile south of State Route 114 if you are driving from the north. This would be 1 1/4 miles west of U.S. Route 127. This is on Delorme, Page 34, around D-3.
It would also be 1 mile south of Haviland, Ohio and then 1/4 mile west.

Any questions, please call us at 419-258-4951 or 419-506-0055 (cell).

Bird long and prosper,
Doug & Micki Dunakin
Antwerp, O.
