Stopped at the Padanaram boat launch for a short while this afternoon.
I didn't see any ducks, loons, or grebes on the lake here. A bald
eagle was fishing in the shallow water and groups of ring-billed and
bonaparte's gulls were flying back and forth. Here's my list:

Canada Goose, flyover flocks
Tundra Swan, 4
Bald Eagle, 2 adults, 1 imm.
Bonaparte's Gull
Ring-billed Gull
Belted Kingfisher, 3
Red-bellied Woodpecker, 1
Downy Woodpecker, 2
Hairy Woodpecker, 1
Pileated Woodpecker, 1
American Crow
Black-capped Chickadee, group (eating poison ivy berries)
White-breasted Nuthatch, 1
Brown Creeper, 3
