There was sleet/snow this morning so I just went to Sims Park this morning from 10:45 to 12:30pm.  With the precipitation out over the lake it was also very foggy and almost no visibility to the east.  NW winds 11mph, 35 degrees. So I walked around the park and it cleared and I still couldn't find much out over the lake different.  Here is what I could find:

Bufflehead 2
Common Goldeneye 1 male
Red-breasted Mergansers - over 1500 (large swaths of them to the north
moving around)
Bald Eagle 1 adult (in tall tree just west of the turnaround parking lot cooling his heels (claws) while the lake was foggy and there was only one other car in the parking lot so as not to be disturbed - never seen there before - pretty impressive and very quiet (no disk golfers either)
Golden-crowned Kinglets & B.C. Chickadees
Fox Sparrows - 2 near the turnaround parking lot area
Hermit Thrush 1
American Robins - many dozens
European Starlings - many
