Hi Dan, could you be more specific on which bridge...I know of two that
cross the Hocking; one before Columbus Road exit (more natural habitat)
and one near the 33/50 split near East State Street (where the Hocking
looks like a naked ditch).  Thanks.  Lynda

[Ohio-birds] Athens, Ohio Peregrine Falcon






Hello,
I saw a Peregrine Falcon today perched on a light post on the US33 bridge
that crosses the Hocking River.  I was surprised to see this bird.  I have
only seen 2 Peregrine Falcons in Athens in my life and both times were
around the Convo parking lot.
