Fellow winter birders,

The Eastern Phoebe that I saw last week above my pond was back today in
front of my house, near Somerset in Perry County. It was flicking its tail
and looking for bugs just like it was spring. It's sunny, but only 25
degrees, so it can't be having much luck.

Also saw the Rough legged Hawk reported on Rt. 13. It was just East of
the High School where I have seen it for about the last five years.
