My husband and I parked in front of the Troyer home in Apple Creek at
around 3:30 this afternoon. Andy Troyer, the young man that first spotted
the Harris's Sparrow on 12/22 came out to our car to invite us into their
home for a better view. Mrs Troyer said some visitors around noon weren't
as lucky, the sparrow stayed out of sight during their visit. Andy showed
us some beautiful 8x10 photos of the bird taken by Dane Adams- they were
so pleased with the gift!
