Despite a little light rain, it was not a bad day to be out. We had some
redpolls at the feeder last week, but no today. The following birds
were sighted today at Magee Marsh Wildlife Area:
Bald Eagle
Red Tailed Hawk
American Kestrel
Great Horned Owl
Herring Gull
Mourning Dove
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Downy Woodpecker
Blue Jay
Horned Lark
Black-capped Chickadee
Red-breasted Nuthatch
Carolina Wren

Song Sparrow
Dark-eyed Junco
Northern Cardinal
House Finch
American Goldfinch
House Sparrow
