I went to Westerville to see the Red Morph Screech Owl at the bike path bridge. I had good looks at it, but AWFUL picture taking angles. Beautiful bird...once you spot it. It looked like a tuft of leaves jammed in the corner of a beam. I looked for the other owl that is over that way with no luck.

Also went to Greenlawn cem. The owl is on the nest...but only her ear is visable. I would wait for a little while before going over, she seems to be more visable as the nest starts getting crowded. ;-D

Also while at Westerville, I saw two pair of Hooded Mergansers. And another set of them over at the greenlawn dam. As well as a juvi eagle.

Have a great day, and God bless.

Steve
