Greater White-fronted Goose: Two birds were seen along Prairie Lane south in
Worcester County (Bobolink RBA).
 
Snow Goose: Chloe Hamrick found a white phase adult at the pond at Blendon
Woods on 31 Dec, which was also present the next morning.
 
Cackling Goose: Three birds were at Blue Creek Conservation Area on 31 Dec
(Tom Kemp). Two birds were seen along Prairie Lane, south of Worcester
(Bobolink RBA).
 
Long-tailed Duck: 2 birds were viewed from Harveysburg Rd. at Caesar Creek
on 30 Dec (Rick Asamoto).
 
Golden Eagle: One bird was at Mosquito Creek Wildlife Area on 27-29 Dec
(John Petruzzi et al.).
 
Pomarine Jaeger: During a lake watch, John Pogacnik saw a bird from North
Perry on 2 Jan. Another was seen from Rocky River Park, and one from East
72nd on 2 Jan (Jen Brumfield).
 
Little Gull: An adult bird was seen at Fairport Harbor on 2 Jan (John
Pogacnik).
 
Snowy Owl: One bird was seen on 29 Dec along ³Duff-Washa road approximately
1/4 mile West of Davis Besse NPS, or St. Rte 2 in Ottawa Coutny² (Scott
Hites). On the Ottawa NWR CBC on 2 Jan, Paul Baicich and Lisa Rock found a
Snowy Owl along Benton-Carroll Rd.
 
Eastern Phoebe: One has been roosting at John Faulkner¹s house through 28
Dec. 
 
Northern Shrike: The bird at Bath Nature Preserve was present on 30 Dec
(Rarebird.org). Tom Kemp saw one at the field at the airport on 31 Dec ³NW
of Sager and Wilkins while scouting for the Grand Rapids-Waterville CBC.²
One bird was seen on the Ottawa NWR monthly census on 2 Jan (Doug Vogus).
 
COMMON RAVEN: One bird was seen in Knox County at Pealer Mill Rd and Kline
Road (Bobolink RBA).
 
HARRIS¹S SPARROW: This bird has been seen well through 30 Dec, visiting a
feeder at 9041 Bear Hollow Rd in Applecreek.
