Single Rough-legged was hanging around trees on both sides of Mahan-Denman road between 
Hoagland and N. Park Ave. today. Very good looks at it most of the morning. Had one fearless Eagle 
pearched along the road on Hoagland as well. This bird was very reluctant to fly away. Perhaps had 
it's eye on the cat I saw running around there...lol
