Wind west at 10-15mph; no snow cover; inland impoundments frozen; Lake Erie open except for some ice near shore. ROUTES: Same morning and afternoon routes as usual. GROUP I: 6 persons; GROUP II: 12 persons. OBS.: Linda Bishop, Mike Fitz, Kim Howard, Ken ?, Deb Neidert (morning only); H.
