Echoing the lack of gulls at E. 72nd St. and Eastlake, the warm waters at the
Avon Lake power plant also had only a few ring-billed and herring gulls.
Waterfowl: Canada geese, mallards, black ducks, canvasbacks, redheads, both
scaup, buffleheads, one hooded merganser, common goldeneye. One peregrine as
well.
