I stopped by Spring Valley for about 45 minutes after work this evening
visiting the gravel pit, spring, boardwalk, upper parking lot feeders
and the headquarter's feeders.

Canada Goose
Mallard
Cooper's Hawk
Kestrel
Ring-billed Gull
Mourning Dove
Downy Woodpecker
Flicker
Carolina Chickadee
Blue Jay
Crow
Carolina Wren
Robin
Sparrow: Tree, Song, Swamp, White-throated
Junco
Cardinal
Blackbirds: Red-winged, Rusty, Cowbird

The feeders were full of seed and suet, the boardwalk was open, the
water was 99% frozen. The area near the spring had open water. The upper
gravel pit had hundreds of Canadas and Mallards. The water was about 50%
open at the pit.
