I was out by the Oberlin Reservoir on West Rd. between 1-3PM.   Lots of corn fields but the best was with fresh manure.  From the intersection of Kipton-Nickle Plate Rd and West Rd.,  1 mile south on West Rd--just past the farms on the east side. ( this was the best area )  Large mixed flock of Horned Larks/ Snow Buntings and 1 Lapland Longspur.  Probably more flying further east.  General vicinity:

Horned Larks-200+
Snow Buntings-5
Lapland Longspur-1
Kestrels-3
Redtails-5
Tree sparrows
Starlings
Cardinal-1

This more than made up for such a gray day!
