Greetings!
Apologies for not getting updates out for recent findings. I wanted to post regarding my travels around the Columbus area today. It was a great day for tracking down many of my needed species. I searched long and hard for the Merlin at Greenlawn this morning, but to no avail. On my way back to Grove City for the evening, I made one last try in the evening before calling it a day. No sooner did I drive into the cemetery and past the mausoleum the bird came hurtling over the car and perched in a nearby spruce, providing excellent looks for over 20 minutes. #82 for January!
