Just wondering if anyone to date (in the last few years, even) has had a
reliable sighting of a Black Vulture anywhere in Wayne County.

I'd love to hear about the details of where and when;  I think the
extension of their range north has been one of the most interesting stories  of
recent time, would love to see a dynamic map of their movement.   One wonders
if there is anyone following it scientifically -- not sure what  value it has
in the big picture, so maybe not....
