When the ground froze over with a layer of ice and then snow late in
January, the Bluebirds started coming to my feeders. I counted a maximum of
seven at a time, and they seemed to favor the sunflower seed chips.

They are still coming daily.

Robins also started hanging around the feeders at the same time.
