There is a bit of opened water on the south side of the Mosquito Lake causeway - Trumbull Co. NE Ohio. Which concentrates the ducks. This morning 36 Redhead Ducks, Goldeneyes, Buffleheads, Mallards, Hooded Mergansers, & Black Ducks were with Canada Geese and Ring-billed Gulls.
Fields west of the lake did not have the light-phased Rough-legged Hawk but Adult & Immature Eagles were seen. Lots of Bluebirds too.
