Lots of raptors out as I drove around SE Clermont County this morning/early afternoon. I saw 1 Cooper's Hawk (west end of Bantam Rd, near East Fork State Park), 1 Red-tailed Hawk (SR 133, N of Felicity), 3 American Kestrels (female, Felicity-Higginsport Rd; male, SR 125 in Mt Holly, between Brown and Lindale-Mt Holly Rds; and third bird, gender unknown, SR 133 S of SR 744) These birds are regulars at these spots, but it is rare for me to see all three in one day.

I also saw 5 Red-shouldered Hawks: One perched at the east end of Bantam Rd, near the intersection with SR 125, a pair crossing the road at SR 133 and SR 744 north of Felicity, and another pair observed copulating off Berry Rd near the intersection with SR 222, east of Amelia.
