The most numerous species at the lakefront Tuesday was the mute swans, or
possibly scaup, probably only about 30 or 40 ducks total and ONE
gull...yesterday a few more gulls, a few more ducks, the four swans still
present.  Also yesterday had a Cooper's hawk stop by the feeders, a
red-shouldered in the trees behind a parking lot between Rock Court and Coventry
Rd. and a red-tailed in the oxbow area across from Squire's Castle in North
Chagrin.
