While out doing some work yesterday (Thurs. 2/17) I observed a black
vulture soaring above St. Rt. 78 about 1/2 mile south of the intersection
with W. Mountville Road (leads to Dock 3 on Burr Oak Lake).  This is in
Morgan Co., Homer Township, Section 24.  This is my first black vulture
for the Burr Oak area.
