Meander Reservoir ( N. Mahoning Co) is mostly ice free but only a Pair of Com Mergansers, Red-breasted Mergansers, Wood Ducks and Buffleheads present... and , the first Tree Swallow was seen today.
Mosquito Lake in Trumbull had 15 species of Ducks yesterday including a female Long-tailed Duck, today about 4pm there were No Ducks at the south end of the causeway (ice is receeding), However a Short-eared Owl flew north over the lake!
