Today after work I drove around the Lorain County Regional Airport in search of the Rough-legged Hawks reported last week. At 4:45pm on the east side of Oberlin Road, between Russia and Albrecht Road, 2 light morphs were sitting in the tree line there, this is the west end of the airport. Also seen 3 Red-tailed Hawks, 2 American Kestrels, 5 Killdeer, Horned Larks, American Tree Sparrows, Common Grackles, Red-winged Blackbirds, Mallards, Canada geese.
