FINALLY!! My nemesis bird Greater White-fronted Goose has been checked off
the list. Found it feeding with Canada Geese in the flooded park on one of
the "islands" of grass. Also present were Mallards, Gadwall, Green-winged
Teal, & Ring-necked Ducks. Several groups of Coot also paddling around. One
juvenile Bald Eagle perched atop a tree from afar by the riverbank. A
Kingfisher flying around. Lastly, a few species of sparrows including Song,
Chipping, Tree, & White-crowned hanging out with Meadowlarks.
