Thanks to eBird detective work by Vic Fazio and a quick email from Bill Whan I was able to make it to Hoover Reservoir this afternoon and get some photo and video documentation of the ROYAL TERN. I would recommend scanning the reservoir from the dam so that you can see down into the spillway where the bird was sometimes foraging.
