Saturday afternoon, I observed a pair of sandhill cranes at Zepp's farm on the east side of Aquila Rd., 
north of US322 where cranes have been seen the past few years. Didn't notice if they wore leg bands 
but was able to witness the male doing a bit of his courtship display dance for his mate. Cool! I've 
never seen this in person before.
