To see the Cowan Pelicans this AM I had to walk a few paces to the left of the parking lot at the East end of Cowan because the birds had moved deeper into the cove. To see the contented Bald Eagle frim the fishing ramp walk to the small  paved area to the left of the parking, lot look in the trees to the left. It is just past the second close tree and a bit distant.  at about eye level.
