       Bill Kinkead & I visited Killdeer Plains. There were plenty of
waterfowl & the normal raptors that everyone has been reporting. At the
Upground Reservoir we had a White-winged Scoter. We had it on the side
where you walk up the steps. Earlier it was seen at the other end of the
reservoir where you can drive to. Also at Big Island off of Rte 95
between Herr Rd & Rte 203 there were over 1100 Pintails.
