Yesterday we started at the Great Blue Heron Rookery in Bath.  Not sure how many there were but there were a lot and we watched them flying in and out getting twigs for their nests.  Even saw a pair mating.

Then we drove up to Brecksville were we saw the Eagles.  The male and female were present.  Boy did they put on a show for us.  We also got to see them mating which was good since their other nest was destroyed and they lost the other eggs they had already laid.  They then took off one at a time, flying directly overhead of us.

We also saw a few red tailed hawks while we were out.  It was a great birding day for us.

Debbie
