A brief stop at Innis Park (east side of Columbus) this morning found sparrows all over the edges of this small park along Alum Creek. I could only surmise that the overcast, rainy weather last night forced down some early migrants. Among the birds seen in 30 minutes were
3 E. Towhees
2 Chipping Sparrows (FOS)
1 Field Sparrow
3 Song Sparrows
4 Fox Sparrows
40+ White=throated Sparrows
3 Juncos
