I decided to check out the Van Wert county resevoirs today at noon and 
each had some common loons near the road splitting the two northern ones. 
There were seven in all and some posed really close to the stairway 
leading up the side. Other birds included Kestral, Turkey Vulture, Horned 
larks, robins, Grackels, Red winged Blackbrids, Starlings.
