From 1 to 3PM today there were 30+ loons at the CJ Brown Dam and Reservoir
in Clark County. As I was leaving, 5 white pelicans landed by the tower!
There were also 100+ cormorants, several Bonaparte's gulls, horned grebes,
red-breasted mergansers, coots, ring-necked ducks, and at least one ruddy
duck. Really exciting for just a whim of a stop on my way back to Dayton!
