Rode out to Ladue yesterday and found the common loons mentioned in a post
Saturday.  Best viewing was from the gravel road on the northwest side, also an
eared grebe in close in the same spot. By the boat launch were 15 or so ruddy
ducks. On the way back at North Chagrin there was what appeared to be an
immature RT hawk on a low perch adjacent to the walkway around Sanctuary Marsh
more or less oblivious to passers by.
Also, Saturday at Gordon Park, in addition to the waterfowl reported in other
posts there were 7 turkey vultures on the cement structure on the banks of dike
14.
