This morning I found a Red-Shouldered Hawk perched on a reflector at the bridge on Hillgrove-Southern Road just south of Hillgrove in western Darke County.  

A rare sighting for our county, although, there have been more sightings of this hawk in the last 5 years.  Maybe we are just looking more.
