i went down to the Rock & Roll Hall
of Fame around 2:30 this afternoon
(before the snow started flying),
the inner harbor held 8 american
coots and 3 common mergansers
(2 males). there were around 100 gulls
flying, fishing, swimming or perching
and being overall noisy annoyances.
only IDed herring and ring-billed.

will check out gordon park and either
wildwood or sims tomorrow after
school. leaning toward sims as wildwood
held little at that hour a few days ago.

buster

PS - i live on cuy/lake/geauga county lines
and was wondering if anyone could explain
the absolute absence of turkeys this winter.
first time in 10 years here that there were
ZERO turkeys (not even 1 track) the entire
winter. usually had very frequent visitors
in many different groups every year since
moving out here.
