At about 6:30PM tonight, Jeff and Patrice Harvey, along with my wife Denise and I, found the Red-throated Loon at Pine Lake, that was previously reported today by Craig Holt. It was constantly diving near a Ruddy Duck and a Horned Grebe, a great opportunity to compare the size of the bird. The Red-throated Loon was located off the end of Harbour Lights Boulevard, accessed on the west side of the lake from SR7. There were outstanding numbers of waterfowl as Craig previously reported. The only addition to his list that we had, was two pairs of Canvasback, at the northeast corner of the dam on Pine Lake Road.
