Went down  thru the Hatchery  and there were 24 Buffleheads there.  Great to see them bobbling around. Also a pair of Hooded Mergansers. At Windy Point  there was a Basic 2 plummage  Bald Eagle there . Also at the very back in the bay was a raft of ducks . There were Redheads , Canvasbacks, Scaup, lessers I believe  as I didn't have my scope. approximately 250-300 ducks.  At the Mercer Wildlife Refuge there were the usual Canadas and 3 Bald Eagles.  Things are picking up  .  Russell  Lima, Ohio
