Got a call from Brad Sparks, who is with half a dozen other local
birders. They have located the putative royal tern sitting on posts,
flying around near the Hoover dam, going as far north as the
southernmost bridge. Everyone seems to agree it looks good for
royal-=-note bill colors, placement and extent of black crown feathers,
underwing pattern, overall size, etc.
