MARCH 06, 2011 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
TIME: 8:00am-12:15pm; 1:30pm-5:45pm TEMP.: 25-34
COND.: Mostly cloudy in the morning, mostly sunny in the afternoon; snow cover at 2 inches, melting away later; wind NE at 10-15mph; all channels and creeks open, marshes mostly frozen; Lake Erie frozen. GROUP I: 3 persons; GROUP II: 3 persons. ROUTES: Same morning and afternoon routes except where closed for eagle nesting.
